Kotak Mahindra Bank

The symbol of the infinite Ka reflects our global Indian personality. The Ka is uniquely Indian while its curve forms the infinity sign, which is universal. One of the basic tenets of economists is that man's needs are unlimited. The infinite Ka symbolises that we have infinite number of ways to meet those needs.

India Post(भारतीय डाक)

The three yellow curved lines on red background , yes here I am talking about the Indian Post logo, which is in reach of even the rural India.
As of 31 March 2011, the Indian Postal Service had 154,866 post offices, of which 139,040 (89.78 percent) were in rural areas; Strange but true; this  government-operated postal system in India was founded on 1 April 1774.
So the logo is here
The new logo created by Ogilvy and Mather unveiled on 23-09-2008 , this logo in first glance seems to be like an envelope.
The new logo has a rectangle in the shape of an envelope in deep red with the image of birds’ wings in bright yellow. Red symbolizes the traditional association with post office, along with passion, power and commitment, while yellow communicates hope, joy and happiness. It sends the message of India Post as a dynamic organization with modern and professional approach in its service to the common man, business and corporate clients.

The old  logo of India Post was designed in 1995 with the help of the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

SBI - state bank of India

The logo of the State Bank of India is a blue circle with a small cut in the bottom that depicts perfection and the small man the common man - being the center of the bank's business.

The question arises from where the SBI logo came ?
So here it is : the logo came from NID Ahmedabad , and inspired by  Kankaria lake of  Ahmedabad.
On knowing the logic I just searched in google map and typed kankaria lake and you know what I found??

Amul girl

Amul girl refers to the advertising mascot used by Amul, an Indian dairy brand. The Amul girl is a hand-drawn cartoon of a young, chubby Indian girl dressed in a polka dotted frock with blue hair and a half pony tied up
The Amul girl was created as a response to Amul's rival brand Polson's butter-girl. The idea was conceived in 1967 once ASP (Advertising, Sales and Promotion) clinched the brand portfolio from the previous agency FCB Ulka. It was executed by Sylvester Da Cunha, the owner of the agency and his art director Eustace Fernandez on hoardings, painted bus panels and posters in Mumbai.

In 1966, Amul decided to give their account to the Advertising agency called Advertising and Sales Promotion (ASP) to work on their ad campaign. Sylvester da Cunha, then the managing director of the agency and Eustace Fernandez, art director decided to create something that would grab the attention of every housewife in the country. Dr Verghese Kurien, then chairman of the Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd. (GCMMF) suggested a mischievous little girl as a mascot with two requirements. It had to be easy to draw and memorable as most of the advertising would be outdoor media which required hand painting in those days and the hoardings had to be changed frequently
