Rebranding in Indian Startup Logos
As we know the re
branding in the industry is something that we need to do whether to convey new
ideology of the business or to complete with the existing market or as simple
as just for marketing.But it is needed anyway.
The Big E-Commerce giant Flipkart established by Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal in 2007,has thought of changing their logo in 2015 to only letter F -as denoting "playfulness" and "speed".The company felt the requirement of changing in their logo to make it more mobile friendly.
,The ‘Q’ in Quikr had been fashioned to suggest positive change in its users’ lives, retaining its blue and green colours.”
As written on their blog this symbol is LOOK UP, a symbol of optimism and symbol of shelter.

Flipkart

The old logo showing the letter 'f' as shopping cart is now replaced with the shopping bag to achieve as in words of their Flipkart, senior director, marketing, Shoumyan Biswas:
"... one, the new identity had to create a positive perception about our
brand; two, the logo needed to be more inclusive in its appeal to all
our customers and three, given our focus on the mobile platform it had
to stand out on the app interface. With our new brand logo, I believe
that we have achieved all of these."

Quikr
“Aasan hai badalna” yes with the new tagline of re branding the cross category classifieds business site Quikr has also change their logo in 2015. The new logo designed by Alok Nanda & Company,The ‘Q’ in Quikr had been fashioned to suggest positive change in its users’ lives, retaining its blue and green colours.”
Housing
Mumbai-based real estate search portal Housing.com established in 2012 is in popularity either due to the huge funding or due to the controversies with one of its co founders Rahul Yadav.The company advertised its re-branding campaign in March 2015 with new statement LOOK UP and with the new logo symbolizing the same meaning.As written on their blog this symbol is LOOK UP, a symbol of optimism and symbol of shelter.
